Lyn McGregor Joins Firefish as UK Qualitative MD

London-based insight consultancy Firefish has appointed Lyn McGregor as Qualitative Managing Director in its UK office, and as a member of its Management Board.

Firefish has additional offices in Amsterdam and New York and was founded as a qual specialist in 2000. The group includes quantitative division TheNumbersLab; family, kids and teens specialist The Pineapple Lounge, and sister company Firefilms, which uses film and technology as part of the research process.

McGregor (pictured) joins from TNS, where she spent the past two years as Chief Client Service Director, Global Qualitative. Prior to this, she worked for Omnicom-owned qual specialist Flamingo as Group Strategy Director, having previously served as the company's CEO in North America. Earlier in her career, she spent two years at Added Value as Head of Insight.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO Jem Fawcus said: 'For some time we have been looking for a leading qualitative practitioner to head up our UK business.
