Former Forrester Exec Takes Up CX / Innovation Role

Former Forrester leader Paul Hagen has joined Los Angeles-based full-service business and tech consultancy West Monroe Partners as Head of Customer Experience and Innovation Strategy.

Paul HagenThe company, which guides clients through business transformations, employs more than 500 consulting professionals working from offices across the US and Canada.

Hagen (pictured) joins the firm with more than twenty years' experience. Most recently at Forrester, he served as Principal, Customer Experience Group, providing coaching and consulting services to customer experience and C-suite executives. Earlier in his career, he worked for Accenture as Strategy and Marketing Manager, before joining Forrester as a Senior Analyst, advising companies on digital strategies and the business implications of emerging Internet technologies and services. During his career, Hagen has also run his own business and technology consultancy, Kairos Strategies.
