Simpson Carpenter Hires Roberts as Digital Head

UK full service agency Simpson Carpenter has appointed former BrainJuicer and SPA Future Thinking exec Paul Roberts as Digital Director, to focus on developing new methods and ideas in areas such as analytics, video and visualisation.

Paul RobertsLondon-based Simpson Carpenter was formed in 1998 and has in-depth expertise in the retail, tech, pharmaceutical and automotive sectors. Roberts joins with a background in research, sales, marketing, product marketing and operations, along with a particular interest in customer service and people development. Most recently, he served as Group Digital Director at SPA Future Thinking, delivering research innovation for a wide range of clients. Earlier, he was MD of Customer and Employee Experience at BrainJuicer, and he held senior roles at Avaya, Lucent, Melita International and Orange. He is also an investor in accelerator Collider, which supports businesses in the media, technology and research sectors.
