Answers Launches Employee Satisfaction Measure

Q&A platform Answers Corporation has launched a new product, 'Employee Experience Measurement', which uses ForeSee's patented predictive methodology to gauge employee satisfaction by drivers such as workload and compensation.

Eric FeinbergAnswers acquired customer experience measurement and predictive analytics specialist ForeSee a year ago, and has since integrated the firm's voice-of-customer (VoC) capture and analysis modules into its service.

Using ForeSee's tools, Answers' new product will numerically quantify what impact each driver of employee satisfaction will have on employee engagement. Beyond providing standard employee survey tools, the product offers tailored survey development, dedicated analyst support, guidance and executive reporting, while enabling employers to monitor results through an online portal.
