Deloitte and Digivizer in Social Media Analytics Deal

Professional services firm Deloitte Australia and social media analytics technology company Digivizer have partnered to create new business consulting and technology services.

Emma Lo RussoSydney-based Digivizer analyses the social media profiles of customers and influencers, to capture cues around brands, products, topics, services, and lifestyle changes, along with changes in consumer behaviour and sentiment.

The partners aim to provide visibility into how consumers, employees, influencers and the market interact with brands, services, products, people and business processes.

Digivizer CEO Emma Lo Russo (pictured) comments: 'We believe we can redesign the way businesses go to market and engage with customers.
