Stratégir Buys Into WSA, New Agency Formed

European firm Stratégir has invested an undisclosed sum in Paris-based qual consumer agency WSA, which will now become Stratégir-WSA. The new company will be 70% owned by Stratégir and 30% by WSA's current managers Pascal Bluteau, Dominique Suire and Jean-Pierre Michel.

Pascal Bluteau, Dominique Suire, Jean-Pierre Michel and Luc MilbergueFounded in 1977, WSA mainly works for clients in the consumer goods and service sectors, with a particular focus on banking, insurance, telecoms and media. For the year 2014, the firm reported a turnover of EUR 2.5m. Bluteau says that he and his colleagues decided to join Stratégir because of both its international presence in all major European countries, the USA, South America, the Middle East and Asia; as well as the similarities in the vision and values shared by the management teams of the two companies.

Stratégir CEO Luc Milbergue adds: 'The new company is an exciting strategic development that will benefit both our clients and employees.
