RDA Group Continues Strong Growth

US research consultancy RDA Group has announced 2014 revenue of $23.8 million, up 14% year-on-year and up 60% over the last five years.

The Group cites strong growth in its customer satisfaction and product quality tracking platforms as key drivers, as well as client diversification. Established in 1969 and with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality tracking studies, its recently added an online reporting portal, accessible anywhere any time, linked to a data collection system allowing clients to choose between online, phone, text and mail approaches for each market surveyed. Last year, RDA reported a 9% rise in annual revenue to $20.83m.

Group President Don Pietrowski comments: 'We have been delighted with the positive response we have received from our clients and look forward to continued growth in 2015.'
