Online community and survey technology provider Toluna has appointed Ludovic Milet as Managing Director, APAC, based in Hong Kong and leading the business across the region.
Milet (pictured) has more than twenty years' MR experience. Since 2005, he has held senior positions at WPP-owned research technology and panels firm GMI (Global Market Insite), most recently based in Sydney, and responsible for sales, operations, customer service, and panel management across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, he served as Business Group Director with GfK's Retail and Technology Division (now called Consumer Choice), working with clients in Europe and Asia Pacific; and he began his career as Financial Analyst at French luxury cosmetics company Clarins in Paris.
