Netquest Taps Combined Survey/Online Navigation Data

Iberian and Latin American online panel provider Netquest has launched a mobile app called Nicequest, to capture consumers' opinions through a combination of their survey feedback and their online navigation data.

Carlos OchoaThe company, which already has an HQ in Barcelona and offices in Madrid, Mexico City, São Paulo, Santiago de Chile, Bogotá, Lisbon, and New York, offers access to an invitation-only online panel comprising 420,000 people, 200 segmentation variables, and covering 21 countries across Latin America, Spain and Portugal.

Through its new app, the firm is aiming to improve its panellists' experiences, while capturing consumers' opinion combined with data about their online behavior. When using the Nicequest app, not only can users answer surveys, they can also access their incentives, manage their personal data, and share both their online navigation information and their geolocation data.
