YouEye Debuts Qual Analytics Solutions

US-based MR sector technology provider YouEye has launched a suite of qualitative data tools called the Experience Analytics Platform, through which users can extract value from unstructured or semi-structured data such as focus group and other MR videos.

YouEye Debuts Qual Data Analytics SolutionYouEye, which since last year includes GfK among its investors, offers a platform for conducting and analyzing both quant and qual MR data, including text-based surveys and audio and video files on mobile and stationary devices. The company also offers automated solutions for converting audio data to text, and analysing emotions and content shown in videos.

The new solution has a number of components, including the Behavior Metric, which analyzes hundreds of hours of video to identify user behavior during their experience; and Highlights Creation, which automatically condenses raw video data into highlight reels that capture what it deems the most relevant moments.

In addition, the Survey Results component integrates survey data into video data; a Research Tasks module guides researchers as they analyze results; and a Demographic Segmentation feature helps users identify and understand nuances in the user experience.
