Verve Mobile Names Nada Stirratt as CEO

April 21 2015

In the US, location-centric ad platform Verve Mobile has appointed former Acxiom exec Nada Stirratt as Chief Executive Officer, replacing Tom MacIsaac who has left after five years with the business.

Nada StirrattVerve's 'location intelligent' technology platform combines location data with audience predictive targeting capabilities, to enable marketers to engage active consumers near and within points of purchase. Headquartered in New York City, Verve Mobile also has offices in Chicago, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, London, Eastern Europe, India and Southeast Asia.

Stirratt (pictured) joins from data and analytics software firm Acxiom, where she served as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for the company's global client-facing initiatives including sales, account management, analytics and consulting. Earlier, she held senior roles at MySpace, MTV Networks, Advertising.com and Moviefone (both later acquired by AOL).

Tom Kenney, Verve Mobile's President and founder, comments: 'We had very specific criteria for our new CEO, and we have been highly strategic about finding the right individual - Nada is that individual. Her proven track record in transforming and scaling advertising businesses across the data-driven marketing landscape is exactly what Verve Mobile needs as we embark on this next chapter of product innovation and international growth.'
