In London, marcoms group Creston has acquired user experience, digital design and technology consultancy How Splendid Ltd (Splendid) for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2003, Soho-based Splendid has a team of 50 which includes user experience (UX) specialists, designers and developers focusing on the development of digital strategies; optimization of consumer usage; and design, build and management of web sites. Its broad range of services includes competitor analysis, site audits, content analysis and strategy, usability testing and research, real-time app monitoring and analytics reporting.
Creston says the deal fits perfectly with its strategy to continue growing its digital marketing consultancy offer. The firm's three founding partners and shareholders - Paul Bishop, Alex Eicke and Dan Morris - will remain as Managing Partners.
