Demographix Hires for New Head of Insight Role

London-based online survey and panel management specialist Demographix has hired Gina Lee-Young for the newly created position of Head of Insight.

Gina Lee-YoungDemographix develops survey building and panel management tools for the publishing, broadcast, health, public, academic and hospitality sectors, and offers real-time statistics, analysis and reporting. In November, the firm added a weighting tool to its suite of analysis products.

Lee-Young (pictured) joins after nearly five years running her own research, analysis and insight services business AMLY Consulting, prior to which she was Head of Insight at publishing giant Time Inc., and worked for Hearst Magazines. She began her career as a Research Analyst at Datamonitor.

In her new role, Lee-Young will lead the company's drive to offer clients greater support with managed services, as well as advanced insight, reporting and infographics initiatives. She will also be involved in a number of new areas such as full panel management, and survey building for complex surveys. CEO Derek Cohen comments: 'Gina has an in-depth knowledge of our system based on many years of use. We think all our clients can benefit from the skills she offers, especially her expertise in advanced reporting and infographics.'
