Opinions Ltd Hires, Opens New Mall-Based Facility

In the US, data collection and fieldwork services firm Opinions Ltd has hired Iris Blaine as Executive Director, while Kelly Parsons and Janet Kennedy join in the role of Client Services Manager. The firm has also opened its 26th mall-based data collection facility - this time in the Annapolis Mall in Washington DC.

Based in Chagrin Falls, OH and with a nationwide field force, Opinions Ltd offers qual and quant, regional and national research using methodologies such as on-location interviewing, mall intercepts, central location tests and focus groups. The firm was founded in 1998 by Mark Kikel, who previously served as VP of Operations at Pat Henry Market Research, and as a Supervisor at National Market Measures (now MarketVision Research).

The new Annapolis Mall-based facility specializes in CLT, CAPI, mall intercept, focus groups, pre-recruits and on-site fieldwork. It is led by Facility Manager Yvonnie Fayson (pictured), who joins with seventeen years' market research experience includes a spell usingeye tracking equipment for visual depths at Friedman Marketing; and work for Car-Lene Research and Cunningham Field & Research Services.

Blaine joins with more than seventeen years' industry experience, most recently in the role of Executive Director at Quick Test/Heakin's full service data collection and fieldwork agency 3Q Global. Parsons also joins from Quick Test/Heakin, where she spent the past eighteen years, and latterly served as Senior Manager, 3Q Research Solutions. Kennedy previously worked for CRG Global for fourteen years, and in her most recent role as Project Manager, oversaw in-store research, as well as full service work such as mall and pre-recruit work, panels, phone, and focus groups.
