20|20 Upgrades Online Research Tools

US-based research technology and services company 20|20 Research has upgraded a number of its research platforms, including its bulletin board technology QualBoard, real-time 'face-to-face' product QualMeeting, and recruitment tool QuickQual.

QualBoard has a new interface and a thorough revamp, offering automated participation reports, a number of new ground-up mobile apps for iOS and Android (Apple Watch coming soon...), new segmentation capabilities, a richer dashboard and new support options.

QualMeeting, which uses webcam technology and streaming video, has added an enhanced Virtual Lobby process to help move participants seamlessly to the right event; and an online video portal for video viewing and the ordering of transcriptions directly from the researcher's own portal.

QuickQual can now quickly over-recruit for all quotas to allow researchers more choice and complete transparency in the recruiting process.

20|20 has also integrated its newest product, Quant+Qual, into its offerings, integrating its panel, survey programming and hosting, sampling and data collection into one seamless process; and has introduced online dial testing using its nationwide panel.
