MSI Hires JD Power Veteran for Insurance Drive

Full service agency Market Strategies International (MSI) has appointed JD Power and Associates veteran Jeremy Bowler as Senior Vice President of Research and Consulting in its Financial Services division, with a remit to grow its insurance sector offering.

Founded in 1989 and with offices in the US, Canada and China, MSI offers a range of research specialities including brand, communications, customer experience, product development, segmentation and user experience. The firm currently conducts qual and quant research in 75 countries.

Bowler (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' marketing and market research experience, gained in the insurance sector. He spent the past two decades at JD Power and Associates, most recently serving as the Global Insurance Practice lead, responsible for the development of syndicated and proprietary customer satisfaction research and advisory services for personal and commercial markets.

In his new role, Bowler is tasked with broadening capabilities in the property and casualty insurance sector, including automotive insurance.
