Senior Bus Dev Hire for InCrowd

US healthcare researcher InCrowd has appointed business development veteran Art McKee as Vice President of Strategic Alliances.

The firm, which was launched in 2011 by CEO Janet Kosloff, President Diane Hayes and SVP Kathleen Paulos, offers a DIY platform to connect pharma, medical device and life sciences firms with 'crowds' of screened and targeted healthcare professionals.

McKee (pictured) joins after more than twenty years of business development experience, gained at tech and MR companies serving the pharma and biotech industry. Most recently, he was President of Instar Research, where he led all aspects of the US business unit. Prior to this he was Global VP of Strategic Account Development at concept testing and forecasting software specialist Affinova; held senior sales management roles at Healogix, Double Helix, Ziment, TNS Intersearch, and Genactis; and worked as a researcher at Wyeth-Lederle Vaccines.

In his new role, McKee will focus on expanding sales from major accounts, while establishing new market opportunities.
