Accenture Buys Brazilian Digital Agency AD.Dialeto

Management consultancy Accenture has acquired Brazilian digital agency AD.Dialeto. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Leo Cid Ferreira and Philippe JorgeSao Paulo-based AD.Dialeto is led by Leo Cid Ferreira and Philippe Jorge and provides end-to-end marketing services from strategy, media planning and digital commerce to business intelligence, analytics and big data.

Accenture says the buy strengthens the digital marketing services provided by its Accenture Interactive unit, and will enhance its ability to serve clients across Latin America. The deal adds to Accenture's acquisition of Gapso, a Brazilian-based analytics company, last February.
