Vision Critical Names Head of Worldwide Sales

Research community and survey tech firm Vision Critical has appointed software industry veteran George Skaryak as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales, responsible for leading the global sales team.

Founded in 2000 by Andrew Reid, Vancouver-based Vision Critical employs around 650 staff at its offices in Canada, the US, the UK, France, Germany, South Africa, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Skaryak (pictured) joins in the US with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software sales and sales leadership. Most recently, he was VP of Sales at online fraud specialist 41st Parameter, prior to which he spent nearly a decade at IBM; latterly as an executive in the Information Governance Business Unit. Earlier, he held sales leadership roles with other enterprise software companies including Siebel Systems, DWL and TIBCO.
