Virtual Incentives Hires for New West Coast Office

Fishkill, NY-based Virtual Incentives has hired former FocusVision exec Michelle Andre as its first Vice President of Marketing, based in a new west coast office in Oregon.

Michelle AndreAndre (pictured) was Director of Marketing at global MR technology company FocusVision, having held the same title at survey and reporting tool provider Decipher when the company was acquired in January. Prior to this, she spent five years leading marketing first for the Napa Valley Opera House and then for San Francisco's Merola Opera Program. She holds a master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Golden Gate University and BAs in Communications and in Art from Santa Clara University.

In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing communications programs for the company, working closely with the management team to ensure marketing goals align with organizational objectives.
