FocusVision Promotes Richard Collins to MD EMEA

Research technology and services group FocusVision has promoted MD Richard Collins to the role of Managing Director for quant and qual solutions EMEA. He is based in London.

Collins (pictured) joined the firm in January, after its acquisition of quant MR tech firm Decipher (known as Decyrpt in the UK), where he'd previously served as MD. Before joining Decipher in 2012, he worked at Confirmit as Partner/Alliance Director - EMEA; and before this he was AD, Sales at Pulse Train, prior to its takeover by Confirmit. Earlier, he was a Global Account Manager at SPSS and Sales Manager at Quantime.

His existing role has now been expanded to include qualitative solutions, in order to meet FocusVision's goal of bringing quant-qual technologies together to improve business insights.
