Watch Me Think Hires US and LatAm Team Head

In the US, digital consumer insights specialist Watch Me Think (WMT) has appointed Kenneth Monarrez to lead its US and Latin America team from its office in Chicago.

Kenneth MonarrezLaunched in 2012 and with locations in the UK, Australia and the US, the company recruits participants to record their own and their families' experiences and opinions about brands on their smartphones, in their own homes. At present, it is rolling out a 'Consumer Closeness toolbox' in the US and UK, giving FMCG / /CPG clients a suite of products and services designed to help them observe, understand and get closer to their consumers.

Monarrez (pictured) joins from merchandising specialist Immedia Retail, where he served as Business Development Executive, working with existing products and services to find new channels and markets for distribution. Before this, he held senior account leadership roles at Market Track, Frontier Strategy Group and Mintel.

In his new position as Head of Sales - Americas, Monarrez is responsible for managing the new business and account management segments for the US and Latin America. CEO John Hoctor comments: 'Kenneth is well known to us as like us, he spent a number of years at Mintel where he quickly established a wonderful reputation for his sales leadership and ability to develop solutions with clients. We are delighted he has joined our expanding team in Chicago'.
