Metia Hires Intrepid Co-founders for Insight Boost

In the US, digital marketing agency Metia Group has appointed Misia Tramp and Liz High, the cofounders of customer research and strategy advisor Intrepid Consultants, in senior insight roles.

Misia Tramp and Liz HighMetia has offices in London, Seattle, Austin and Singapore and employs more than 130 digital marketing professionals. Tramp joins in the role of Vice President, Customer Experience Insight and Strategy, and High as Vice President, Customer Experience Insight and Delivery. The pair worked together previously at customer experience consultancies Tahzoo and SDL, and in 1998 co-founded Intrepid which they sold to analytics software company Alterian after establishing offices in Europe, Asia, and North America.

Tramp was previously EVP of the Insights & Innovation Practice at Tahzoo, and earlier VP, Insights & Innovation, Global Consulting at SDL. High previously worked with Tramp at Tahzoo, where she was VP Strategic Delivery, and SDL, where she served as VP Global Insight and Analytics. Before co-founding Intrepid Consultants, she was a Research Manager at Sports Marketing Surveys.

In their new roles, Tramp and High will focus on developing and delivering data-driven solutions, and on using data science and customer analytics to drive relevance in content creation and campaign execution. This includes building tools, products and services for data-driven marketing across segmentation, content relevancy, personalization, and ROI.
