Deprez Joins FeedBack Market Research as CEO

In the United Arab Emirates, full service agency FeedBack Market Research has named Tamara Deprez Chief Executive Officer | Chief Catalyst.

Founded in 2001 by Sherif Omar, FeedBack also has operations in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and conducts research in more than seventeen countries across the Middle East, North Africa and the Levant region. As part of its offering, the firm provides access to a multi-lingual interviewing and research team, with languages handled including Arabic, English, Hindi/Urdu, Bangla, French and Tagalog.

Earlier this year, Omar launched Middle East online community panel TAWASOL, which offers access to more than 10,000 members through a bilingual - Arab and English - interface. The service focuses on the UAW, KSA and Egypt, and in each market, the firm has three communities: housewives, youth, and the general population.

Deprez (pictured) joins after recently setting up full service marcoms agency The360mix in Dubai. She began her career at TNS in Amsterdam before working at Motivaction and Ipsos Dubai, and then founding Maktoob Research in 2006. Three years later, she sold the company to Yahoo! which rebranded it as Yahoo! Maktoob Research. More recently, she worked for full-service MR agency POINT Consultancy, and at media content analysis specialist Saliance Research.
