Healthcare MR Firm Narrative Health Opens in New York

UK-based healthcare market research specialist Narrative Health has opened a US office in New York, which will be established and led by former Cello Health Insight exec Avanti Ananthram.

Narrative Health was set up in London last year by Vivienne Farr, another former Cello Health exec. The business works across a broad range of therapy areas to help pharma companies understand customers.

Farr began her research career at Ipsos, and then worked for Cello for more than twelve years in senior roles; while Ananthram was previously Head of International Development at Cello Health Insight in the UK, and previously CEO of Cello's Insight Research Group in New York. Her new title is Managing Director.

Farr comments: 'Avanti has a proven record of growing a successful healthcare market research team in New York. Her strength in identifying customer insights and providing clients with a deeper understanding of the customer narrative will be invaluable'.
