Launch for New BI Consultancy Antares

December 14 2015

In Philadelphia, two former employees of research operations provider MRops - Bob Hettel and Raina Friedman - have launched a new business intelligence firm, Antares Advisors.

Raina Friedman and Bob HettelThe new company will look to integrate knowledge from multiple sources including big data, primary research and internal intelligence, to help clients sustain customer relationships, improve revenue growth and maximize profitability.

Hettel, Managing Partner of Antares, spent seven years at MRops - which was acquired by SSI in March this year - most recently as a Senior Vice President. Prior to this he was President of SearchLight Solutions, VP Data Management & Reporting Services at Synovate for two years, and spent a total of eight years at TNS as Programmer, IT Director and then VP, Data Management.

Friedman, who is Senior Partner at Antares, spent nearly four years at MRops where she was recently VP of Project Management, and before that worked for thirteen years for Attitude Measurement Corporation, rising to Vice President, Group Manager.

Antares' services will include business growth strategy and planning, customer journey mapping, business process refinement, planning and risk assessment for M&A, and the development of ROI measures and KPIs. Generally, the firm will help businesses to take advantage of their existing primary and secondary data rather than allowing it to gather dust, according to Friedman.

Hettel says the new business is different because of its philosophy of using 'a multi-faceted solution to bridge the gap between data and business decisions that translate into change, fueling growth'.

The company is online at www.antaresadvisorsgroup.com .
