Annik Back in the UK

Data and analytics solutions firm Annik has re-established itself in the UK with the launch of an office in Bracknell, Berkshire. Jonnie Prior joins to lead the office after twelve years at Microsoft UK.

The company has five existing locations, two in India and one each in Poland, China and the United States. Annik, which previously opened a London office in 2011, says the return to the UK 'reaffirms its commitment to this important market and as a gateway to the greater European market', adding: 'In particular, the new office will enable Annik to provide direct sales support and services to its growing customer base in the UK'.

Prior, who worked in analytics, data & service management roles at Microsoft, says the opening also 'strongly aligns to our strategic objective of becoming more integrated into the UK and Europe market place'. Founder and CEO Rahul Sahgal comments: 'I am glad to reestablish a presence in the UK after a gap of a few years. Our data expertise has never been stronger and I am looking forward to providing more depth to customers in this important market. I am happy that we have, in Jonnie, a great deal of domain expertise and an intimate knowledge of the local market'.
