ComRes Gears Up for Growth with NED Appointments

Polling and research consultancy ComRes is restructuring its Board and has appointed three new non-executive directors, Clare Hayward, Simon Carter and Chris Guyver, as it 'gears up for significant growth over the next three years'.

L to R Guyver, Hayward, CarterHayward (centre) is the Director of Cirrus, a leadership, talent and engagement consulting firm, and has more than twenty years of experience working across private and public sectors in a variety of roles, including work at Manchester Metropolitan University and serving as Deputy Lieutenant for Cheshire.

Carter (right) is Executive Director of Marketing, UK & Ireland for the IT giant Fujitsu. His career includes Board level marketing positions with companies including Thomas Cook, the Post Office, EdF Energy, Virgin and NatWest.

Guyver (left) is a political consultant with 25 years of Westminster experience, who has also run a lobbying business in Brussels, advised some of the world's largest companies on lobbying, campaigns and political risk management strategies.
