B2B International Debuts Video Feedback Tool

Global business research agency B2B International has introduced a platform called 'B2B Spotlight', which enables respondents to use video to capture feedback at any time, across any device.

B2B International Debuts Video Feedback ToolLaunched in 1998 by father and son team Paul and Nick Hague, the company has offices in Manchester, London, Brussels, Düsseldorf, New York, Chicago, Singapore, Shanghai and Beijing. It also runs a specialist design, ad and marketing agency B2B Marcomms, as well as a consumer-focused agency called deep see.

The firm's new B2B Spotlight platform has an analytics engine through which videos can be transcribed and key themes and sentiment identified within minutes. In addition, clients can use the tool to explore the data themselves and produce edited showreels from any number of responses. Responses can be filtered by demographics such as age and gender, as well as by sentiment and specific terms or topics mentioned in the video.

CEO Matt Harrison comments: 'New technology has enabled us to inexpensively include video clips of respondents.
