SLI Debuts eCommerce Site Interaction Measure

February 23 2016

In the US, retail services specialist SLI Systems has introduced a dashboard that measures how customers interact with retail eCommerce sites.

Chris BrennanThe new 'SLI Dashboard' for the firm's existing 'Merchandising and Reporting Console', taps into shopper-focused attribution, which measures all of a shopper's activity leading up to a transaction, regardless of when the purchase occurred. It also provides a snapshot of top searches, page views, clicks and other metrics; and it offers charts which provide insight on revenue, traffic, and conversion.

CEO Chris Brennan (pictured) comments: 'Without having a comprehensive, real-life view of how visitors interact with a site, big data analytics can easily produce meaningless, or even misguided, data for merchandisers. Metrics in the SLI Dashboard serve up an accurate representation of how many people successfully found what they were looking for, how many items they bought and how much they spent - for a comprehensive look at how an eCommerce site is performing.'
