Customer Feedback Firm BirdEye Opens in Dallas and Denver

In the US, Sunnyvale, CA-based customer feedback specialist BirdEye has opened new offices in Dallas, Texas and Denver, Colorado.

Dave DeMinkBirdEye was founded in 2012 by alumni from Yahoo, Google, Amazon and Cisco, and now has a team of more than 30, headquartered in Silicon Valley. Its SaaS platform captures real-time customer feedback, ratings and sentiment across every channel — reviews sites, social media, and surveys — and using its tools, businesses can engage in every step of the customer journey, and benchmark performance across locations and against competitors.

At its new offices, the company is planning to build teams of experienced sales and customer support professionals, and it is currently hiring at all levels.
