Platform One Launches Qual / Quant Dashboard

UK-based customer feedback software provider Platform One has introduced an online reporting solution, giving users qual, quant and multimedia insights side-by-side in a single dashboard.

Launched last year by iD Factor founder Jon Gumbrell (pictured), Hall & Partners founder Mike Hall and survey software specialist Askia, Platform One was developed to manage every kind of customer feedback scenario - from large-scale quant panels, to small-scale qual communities, as well as 'voice of the customer' programmes.

The new dashboard can include feedback captured by Platform One itself, as well as data from external sources; while interlinked respondent-level data and filtering enables the end-user to interrogate the content from a cross-source view. Content tiles can display quant graphs, verbatim walls, and multimedia montage charts of video, image and audio feedback, or custom html tiles for special content. Additionally, page and tile-level filters can be built using anything from moderator tags to profile data, allowing quant data to be cut by qualitative responses and vice versa.
