Former dunnhumby Exec Joins autograph.me

April 22 2016

Former dunnhumby exec Paul Cook has joined user-generated profiles provider autoGraph.me as Business Development Director in London.

Paul CookBased in Seattle, autoGraph.me provides profiles to database and loyalty marketers through a patented SaaS platform. Unlike third-party data providers and DMPs, the firm says its platform generates and enriches first-party, opted-in consumer profiles, without invading consumer privacy.

Cook (pictured) joins from dunnhumby where he was International Business Development Director, identifying potential new clients, especially in the Middle East. Prior to this, he was dunnhumby's Senior Client Director, Tesco and FMCG, managing a team of Client Directors and Client Managers. Earlier in his career, Cook worked for Kraft Foods as Head of Marketing Operations - Confectionery; and he held senior marketing roles with Sainsbury's Supermarkets, Cancer Research UK, and Jeroboams, and also ran his own marketing support consultancy.

In a statement, autograph.me said the appointment marks a 'strategic move', as it further expands its CPG client portfolio. CEO and co-founder Henry Lawson says Cook's 'extensive experience in shopper insight and consumer behaviour... will no doubt strengthen autoGraph's value proposition among CPGs, retail brands and audiences'.
