Research Runner Hires McCoy as Consulting Director

British MR support services firm Research Runner has appointed former Mintel and YouGov researcher James McCoy as Consulting Director, with the aim of broadening its offering.

McCoy brings more than twenty years' experience in global consumer research. At Mintel, he ran the flagship journal Market Intelligence for seven years), oversaw methodology for the Global New Products Database (GNPD) and functioned as Head of Consumer Research. In 2010 he joined YouGov as Research Director, setting up the company's first market reports business, known originally as SixthSense.
