San Francisco-based mobile ad targeting and analytics firm Apsalar has opened an office in the Koramangala district of Bangalore, to support its client base in India and Southeast Asia.
Apsalar's Data Management Platform (DMP) delivers an understanding of what customers do in apps and across other marketing channels. The DMP allows clients to conduct attribution and measurement of marketing effectiveness, manage profiles and perform analytics and segmentation, while connecting and sharing their data and segments with other marketing partners and platforms. In addition, the firm offers a service which identifies segments of app users which can then be used as Facebook Custom Audiences, for precision targeting across the social media network.
CEO and co-founder Michael Oiknine (pictured) says the new office provides account management and technical support for clients in the region, and is home to the company's Asia sales team. He adds: 'India and Southeast Asia have been outstanding growth markets for Apsalar'.
