Wyzerr Adds Funds for 'Game-Like' Feedback Platform

Wyzerr, which creates customer feedback surveys and analytics tools that look like games, has raised $1.5m for use in further product development - including the hiring of more developers.

Natasia MalaiholloLaunched in 2014 by CEO Natasia Malaihollo (pictured), Chief Strategy Officer Bjorn Simmons, and Creative Director Stedmon Harper, Wyzerr's solution enables brands to communicate with customers through surveys that look like mobile games, using proprietary technology which adapts questions to each individual's responses. The firm's flagship 'Smart Forms' solution provides a way to capture customer feedback that integrates within a company's digital presence regardless of device or browser; and uses artificial intelligence to analyze feedback in real-time.

The latest round of funding has been led by Connetic Ventures, and adds to the initial $500k seed round from Connetic, Marshall Ventures, and The Brandery. Malaihollo comments: 'This investment will help us continue radically improving customer feedback via a mobile platform that feels like a game and becomes more intelligent with every response. Our clients get up to 25 questions answered in less than 60 seconds, while their customer feels like he or she is providing feedback to a real person'.
