Ignite Research Founder Mark Lloyd Joins SSI in NZ

Research data solutions and technology firm SSI has appointed Ignite Research founder Mark Lloyd as Client and Business Development Manager for New Zealand.

Last year SSI acquired the MyOpinions online panel in Australia, and its sister panel SmileCity in New Zealand, from their parent company PermissionCorp. As a result, it claims now to be the leading online panel provider in both countries.

Lloyd (pictured) joins SSI with 25 years' market research experience. He founded Auckland-based Ignite Research in 2004 and served as its MD for almost twelve years. Prior to this, he spent thirteen years at TNS in Wellington and Wairarapa, latterly as Commercial Research Manager. Earlier, he worked for CM Research as Account Director, and as Market Development Manager at Prudential Assurance.

In his new role, Lloyd is responsible for managing SSI's New Zealand client base.
