BirdEye Adds Feedback Management App

US-based customer feedback specialist BirdEye has launched a mobile app allowing users to view and manage customer feedback on the go.

Now an app...BirdEye's platform aims to 'close the loop between reputation management and customer experience', capturing online customer sentiment from review sites, social media, Net Promoter Scores and support cases in real-time; converting it into easily actionable data; and helping respond to it.

The new app provides a single dashboard through which businesses can get real-time customer feedback, request and scan reviews in various formats, track social media activity and sentiment, reply to feedback and promote good reviews across various media.
