MFour to Double Headcount

June 2 2016

US firm MFour Mobile says it is planning to double its headcount to more than 100 in the coming nine months.

Chris St HilaireBased in Irvine, California MFour uses GPS technology to collect information at the 'point of emotion'; and offers the Surveys On The Go app, which provides access to an all-mobile panel. Earlier this year, the firm launched a mobile survey system, MFourDIY, which enables researchers to program surveys and field them to more than one million active consumers.

Kicking off the recruitment drive, six new employees are joining in the coming weeks, including three software developers, two sales representatives and an account executive. In the next few months, MFour will also be hiring staff for its DIY customer service team, development, project management and sales divisions.

CEO Chris St Hilaire (pictured) says of the plans: 'Internet panels are declining as fast as our mobile panel is growing and MR is finally recognizing that. And because our entire value proposition is 'quality', we need the very best teams and customer service to ensure a five star experience not only for our panel but also for MR firms who need consultation while their making the switch'.
