Senior Shuffle for AudienceScience

US company AudienceScience has made three senior appointments, as it expands its global presence. Chairman Bill Gossman adds the role of CEO, replacing Mike Peralta who becomes Chief Strategy Officer; while David De Simone joins as COO, and Patrick Reilly as VP Enterprise Sales.

The company's offering is based around an SaaS based advertising automation suite, the Helios Enterprise Advertising Management System, which allows advertisers to store and analyze off- and online data, build proprietary audiences and target them in real time, within a single system.

Gossman has added the role of CEO and will continue to manage the company's strategy, growth and development. Peralta will move to focus on strategic relationships and partner development.

De Simone has worked in leadership roles in product, engineering, operations and business developmentin the software industry, including work for Gigamon, BlueArc/HDS and Blue Coat Systems.

Reilly's experience includes business development for enterprise software companies such as Hexis, Proximex, Broadware Technologies and Cylink. He will now responsible for forging relationships with new clients, agency partnerships and the overall growth of AudienceScience's revenue.

Gossman says the publication of the ANA's recent media transparency report is helping to drive demand for the firm's solutions, and comments: 'These additions to our leadership team all have deep experience in the software business, and we'll focus on managing the growth and maturation of AudienceScience as a global company'.
