SocialSphere Upgrades Analytics Tool

US-based public opinion and social media analytics specialist SocialSphere has upgraded its ORBIT software-as-a-service solution to provide more detailed analysis of anonymized and aggregated Facebook topic data - including posts, likes, comments and shares.

SocialSphere works with government and public sector clients, as well as sports, entertainment, media and consumer brands, to help measure and influence public opinion worldwide in real time. The offer combines a team of strategists and a set of proprietary databases and tools tracking Facebook, Twitter and other social media data streams.
