Future Thinking Ramps Up Operation Team

In the UK, full service agency Future Thinking has expanded its Operation team with the appointment of Emma Jordan as Head of Human Resources, Paul Clarke as Head of Business Systems, and Abigail Bassett as Financial Controller.

Jordan joins with ten years' HR experience. Most recently, she worked at Career Builder as HR Business Partner EMEA, prior to which, she was Head of HR at the Football Foundation. In her new role, Jordan is responsible for HR across all Future Thinking's UK offices, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and talent management.

Clarke, joins with overall responsibility for identifying new business tools and reporting systems. For the past year, he has run his own consultancy Tacit Solutions, before which, he served as Business Systems Manager at WPP-owned Hogarth Worldwide, responsible for areas such as disaster recovery; and business continuity documentation, process and auditing. Bassett, who was previously Financial Controller at JacTravel, is now responsible for transactional finance, and production of management accounts across the group.
