Lewis Launches 'Observa' Analytics Arm

Global communication agency Lewis has launched an analytics division called Observa, providing clients with a modular suite of tools to uncover audience intelligence, brand reputation, media and influencer relations, as well as market opportunities.

Giles PeddyLondon-based Lewis offers services across the full-spectrum of marketing and communications including public relations, marketing, content, digital, research and advertising. The new Observa division spans four areas: market analysis, community health, business impact and market trends; and within these categories, it currently offers twelve analytics modules.

SVP Giles Peddy (pictured) explains: 'Clients are turning to us every day to help them better understand how they can optimize their marketing and deliver a tangible impact on their business.
