Video technology company Cincopa has launched a heatmap tool, promising to help web site developers and marketers analyse traffic patterns and improve engagement.
Cincopa allows businesses to add video and multimedia to their web sites in short order; create video portals and galleries; get anonymised real-time analytics; and integrate podcasts, audio, photos and slideshows for a rich media site.
The latest addition, Smart Video Heatmaps, offers aggregated stats on video viewing within a selected time frame, including total viewing time, unique views and impressions. Users can see which parts of a video have higher engagement and where viewers drop out. Features include individual viewer stats; integration with marketing automation tools including Marketo, Pardot and Hubspot, for lead generation; and customisable 'skins' offering 'full control over video appearance and content'.
