Partners Target App User Experience

August 16 2016

App metrics firm Apteligent has integrated its product with the Leanplum mobile marketing platform, providing users with a combined solution for reducing app churn and retaining customers.

Apteligent provides tools to help clients spot and resolve user experience problems using real-time information. Leanplum, founded in 2012 by former Google engineers, is a VC-funded mobile marketing platform including messaging, automation, app editing, personalization, A/B testing and other analytics.

The combination promises 'a more robust picture of a user's experience, preferences, and behaviors, as well as deep insight into app usage events, areas for improvement and direct user engagement'.

Apteligent CSO and founder Andrew Levy comments: 'It's critical to address a poor app experience immediately both by fixing the issue and reaching out to impacted users'. Momchil Kyurkchiev, CEO and co-founder at Leanplum, says: 'By combining Apteligent's app performance data with Leanplum's user behavioral data, mobile teams can win back users who have had negative app experiences, like app crashes'.
