Firms Partner for Customer Personalization Offer

Design services agency Rightpoint and real-time personalization tech specialist SessionM have announced a partnership, providing clients with integrated marketing automation and data management capabilities based on customer behavior and preferences.

Adam MorganBoston-based Session M combines loyalty marketing technology with marketing automation and data management capabilities for mobile customer personalization. This will be merged with Rightpoint's expertise in creating and delivering custom application designs for the enterprise, to enable brands to provide information to customers fuelling acquisition, engagement and retention.
