dataSpring Hires van Duijvenbode for EMEA Push

Tokyo-based panels and technology company dataSpring is opening an office in London, where it has named Arjen van Duijvenbode as Director of Business Development EMEA.

Arjen van DuijvenbodeThe firm, which was previously known as Research Panel Asia, offers market researchers and end clients a package which comprises global sample (four million plus panellists in more than 35 countries), full service research, and a proprietary survey programming and tabulation tool. Panel coverage includes Japan, China, Korea, the Philippines, the US and the UK.

van Duijvenbode (pictured) is tasked with setting up the new London office, and joins from Dutch online specialist PanelNL where he served as Managing Partner. Prior to this he worked for global research and outsourcing firm exëvo as Director of Sales Europe; at Cint as MD, Benelux & France; and he held senior roles at Lightspeed Research and SSI. He began his MR career at Bloomerce Access Panels, which was sold to SSI in 2006.

In his new role, van Duijvenbode will be responsible for establishing the EMEA business. dataSpring SVP Global Business Development Rie Nagai says of the hire: 'We're thrilled to have Arjen on board.
