New App Gives Consumers Private Feedback Option

September 8 2016

A new, free app, 'Kriddik', has been launched through which consumers can provide direct, private feedback to businesses without their information being shared publicly.

Tom BoucherUnlike review sites such as Yelp or TripAdvisor, Kriddik keeps all feedback private, and in exchange for leaving their opinions, consumers receive points which are entered into monthly prize draws. The app allows customers to search for a business they have visited, provide feedback, and take a photo of their experience or receipt, sending both directly to the business in real-time.

CEO and co-founder Tom Boucher (pictured) comments: 'Kriddik is an invaluable tool for businesses who want to measure how well they are delivering goods and services to their customers. Through the app, businesses will not only receive more constructive feedback from which they can learn, but also find more opportunity to recognize and build on what is being done well, improving the overall customer experience'.
