PublicRelay Adds to Language Options

September 12 2016

In the US, media monitoring and analytics firm PublicRelay has expanded its multi-language content capabilities, to enable users to isolate data surrounding specific audiences and languages.

Eric KoefootThe firm's solutions analyse online and off-line media content to provide business intelligence, drive proactive influencer engagement, and prove PR impact for public and private sector clients. The new capabilities convert both English and non-English language content into analytical charts and content exports, enabling communications and marketing professionals to evaluate content by language. Additionally, the upgrade provides for the inclusion of relevant content published in several different languages based on client preferences.

Using the expanded service, clients can read content and view analysis in fifteen different languages; and pull data visualizations encompassing content from specific regional locations or languages. Managing Partner Eric Koefoot (pictured) comments: 'In an increasingly globalized field, communications executives are responsible for understanding and evaluating their media impact from all corners of the world. Our enhanced multi-language translation capabilities help fill in the gaps when it comes to understanding the entire media landscape and assists users in reaching new audiences by revealing global trends'.
