CivicScience Upgrades MR Tools

Real-time polling and insights company CivicScience had enhanced its InsightStore automated research tools offering, adding rapid report generation, automated summaries and new ways of pulling significant data from cross-tabs.
Working on a subscription basis, the Store allows access to 'nearly 1 Billion' syndicated poll responses alongside custom research capabilities. The new features include:
- single click export of research results into 'executive-ready' Powerpoints or PDFs
- 'fully-written, adaptable, natural language summaries' written with the aid of machine learning
- automatic detection and ranking of apparently meaningful findings from large stacks of cross-tabs
- direct and easy access within reports to the firm's DeepProfile micro-segmentation report, and
- the ability to overlay historical trend questions on one easy-to-read chart.
